Please find more information about how to process an Order and how we will take care of your creation :

Process an Order - 5 Easy Steps

1 - Add To Cart : Go to the Product page that you want and click on the icon Add to Cart. If you want several Products, please redo the same operation
2 - Click on My Cart : Visit your Cart by Clicking on My cart on the top Menu. In your Shopping Cart, Click on Secure Checkout for continue the process
3 - Account Registration : Please give us all the information that we need for do the shipping to the address of your choice (Personal or Business Address). Don t forget to write your phone, Fedex will maybe need it if you are not at your location at the moment of the delivery.
4 - Checkout Confirmation : Please review the information of your order.
If you have a Coupon/Voucher, please write the code in the voucher section and clikc on Apply.
Click on Confirm Order for make your payment
5 - Payment Information : Please fill the form for your credit card information or your paypal account. You do NOT need a paypal account for buy a product on dzignart.com, you can pay with your credit card (Visa, MC, Amex)

Processing of your order by our Team

1 - Dispatch Time Frame : 24 to 48h after your order, we will send you an email with the confirmation and Dispatch Time Frame
2 - Stock Product and Shipping : If the product is in stock, you will have the tracking number 2-3days after your order and 1-5days after the product will be to your place. (Shipping via Fedex)
3 - Creation and Shipping :  If the product is not in stock (Usually our Bestsellers are in stock, please visit our bestsellers section in the top menu), one of our representative will send you an email with the details and the time frame (2weeks or 3-5weeks for the full process : Creation of the handmade product, Drying session (8-10days), Packaging, Shipping). When the product will be ready to ship we will send you the tracking number.
